We want to build a squad of talented individuals with exciting potential, curiosity, and initiative who will work alongside our team and craft exciting internal products that will give you invaluable professional experience.
Is this the first time you have heard about us? Here's our Playbook to get you acquainted.
You'll collaborate in a supportive, dynamic environment, solving real challenges and growing your skills. And, just to be clear, you won't be fetching coffee. Our Interns are full team members — we've hired the last five we took on. While we can't promise you'll go on to get hired, we can promise that you'll get the same respect, support, and benefits as anyone else.
Before you check out the Marketing Designer role, hold up. Let's be very clear. We are not expecting you to have bucketloads of experience or be exceptional at any of the requirements listed. What will set you apart from the rest in the application is clarity in expressing why you are the right fit through sharing your passions in your field of interest, why this opportunity will be great for you and what you can bring to the table to Significa.
We are people-centred, so tell us who you are! We are way more interested in you than in a piece of work you did two years ago. Tell us your story. What drives you?
A couple of last things: this is all in English because our working language is English. We do not expect you to be fluent, but it'll help if you're proficient in English.
It is also important to note that we are proud to be from Porto. We want to ensure that our commitment to supporting the local talent in our community is reflected in prioritising applicants living in the Porto/Gaia region.
As a Marketing Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate our services. We don't approve of the Godfather's unorthodox methods, but we do have some pretty cool things to offer.
Real work, real impact: You won't be sitting on the sidelines. Your work will matter; you'll see how your contributions shape our products and services.
You're included: Whether an intern or a senior, your voice is heard, and your ideas are valued equally. This is reflected in the fact that you'll receive your 9.63€ per day meal card and access all our perks and benefits — from day one. You're on the team!
Growth & Mentorship: You'll learn from our team and get hands-on guidance throughout your journey with us. You'll participate in team meetings, gain growth-based experiences such as giving department presentations, receive formal performance reviews, engage in feedback sessions and have regular growth-centred one-on-ones with your team manager.
Great Environment: Remember what we said about being on the team? That means we trust you. You work the hours that work for you — we value a healthy work-life balance. We like to be around each other in our office in downtown Porto, so you'll enjoy socials, lunchtime barbecues (pretty much any day the sun shines!) and the occasional cold beer at the end of the day. We are very serious about our work but value having fun along the way. The bottom line is that we are driven by results, not stiff regulations on working hours.
We’re eggcited to hear from you! Before applying, make sure that we are a good fit for you. Explore our Handbook; it should tell you in more detail about life at Significa, our standards, and what we are all working towards.
Make sure you are eligible for IEFP internships, available to start at the beginning of January '25 and note that the internship will run for a duration of 6 months from your start date.
We don't hire, privilege, promote, favour, give pay raises, or allocate people to projects based on anything else other than merit.
