Marketing at Significa
The Marketing department is the new kid on the block at Significa, which means we’re constantly improving and implementing our processes. We embrace failure as part of the journey because, without it, we’ll never grow into better marketers. We’re always ready to try new tactics, unafraid to experiment and learn from the results.
Our Marketing goals
The Marketing team at Significa focuses on three key goals:
Boosting brand awareness. (Be known!)
Driving revenue growth. (It's necessary!)
Positioning Significa as a thought leader. (Be the best at what we do!)
How do we do this?
We need to communicate effectively with the outside world to hit these goals. There’s a big audience out there and plenty of potential clients who want to create great things with Significa.
We’ll reach our targets by:
Showcasing the quality of our work in the best possible way;
Being data-driven in our decisions;
Creating valuable, engaging content;
Running high-quality ad campaigns that truly add value.
Our marketing channels
We take a multi-channel approach to marketing, aiming to be where our Ideal Client Profile is. But it’s not just about clients—it's also about reaching potential hires and connecting with design and development communities worldwide. We want to be seen as industry leaders and known as a great place to work. With this in mind, our current focus is on the following marketing channels:
Website
You know how Tinder works, right? People swipe right based on looks. Well, our website works the same way — it needs to look great to keep people engaged. Our website is where we generate most of our leads, so it’s crucial that we continuously improve both its UX/UI and SEO (learn more about this on SEO & Paid Media). We focus on white hat SEO practices and leverage data from our web analytics partner, PostHog and our Website Analytics to make informed decisions.
On the website, we communicate with everyone — potential clients, future hires, designers, developers, and more. Essentially, our website is the hub for clients seeking digital product expertise, talented professionals eager to join our team, and fellow designers and developers looking for inspiration for their own projects.
Social Media
Everyone knows the 'Gram. We use it to share a bit of everything happening at Significa — daily life, blog articles, awards, project snapshots, case studies, our office vibes… pretty much anything and everything.
X (Twitter)
On Twitter, things are a bit different (sorry, Elon, but we’re sticking with Twitter, not X). Our content here is more client-focused (you can learn more about this on our Ideal Client Profile). We share project highlights, case studies, blog articles, and any awards we receive along the way.
LinkedIn is our most client-focused channel, where our Ideal Client Profile is most active. Here, we publish blog articles, client reviews and testimonials, posts from other entities about us, and of course, the awards we win.
Since LinkedIn is all about building strong client relationships, we adopt a more professional tone, reinforcing Significa’s reputation as a trustworthy partner in the digital landscape.
Dribbble
On Dribbble, we’re speaking to both the design community and potential clients. As mentioned in our Significa history, Dribbble played a major role in our early growth. While it’s not the lead generator it once was, we still get some business from it, so we maintain an active presence by regularly publishing project shots and case studies.
Why, you ask? Because even though Dribbble’s influence in client acquisition has waned, it remains a crucial platform for staying visible in the design community and occasionally bringing in new leads.
Awards
We see awards as a celebration of our creativity and hard work — not just shiny trophies. We’ve won prestigious competitions like the Red Dot Awards, iF Design Awards, European Design Awards, and German Design Awards. These achievements allow us to showcase our innovative projects and commitment to delivering exceptional design.
Each win is a chance to highlight the unique solutions we craft and the thought that goes into our work. Recognition from these awards boosts our team’s spirit and connects us with a community that values creativity and innovation. It’s about inspiring each other to push boundaries and keep creating amazing experiences for our clients.
